3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of your package, your shipping destination, and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at the checkout page after you enter your shipping address and select your preferred shipping method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders that meet a certain minimum purchase amount. Please check our homepage or promotional announcements for the latest free shipping offers. Free shipping is usually applicable to Standard Shipping only, unless otherwise specified.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Processing time includes order verification, product inspection, packaging, and handover to the logistics carrier. If your order contains customized or pre-order items, the processing time may be extended, and we will notify you of the expected processing time on the product page or via email.
5. Customs & Duties
As a cross-border e-commerce seller, we comply with all international trade regulations and customs requirements. Please note that your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country/region's customs authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient (you) and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We will declare the package truthfully (based on the product's actual value and description) to ensure smooth customs clearance. However, we cannot predict or control the amount of customs duties/taxes, as they vary by country/region and depend on local regulations. If you have questions about customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
If the package is held by customs due to incomplete information or non-compliance with local regulations, we will assist you in providing the necessary documents (such as invoice, product certificate) to facilitate clearance. However, any additional fees incurred due to recipient non-cooperation or incorrect information will be the recipient's responsibility.
6. Package Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes a unique tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the order status and tracking information by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the "My Orders" section.
Tracking information may take 1-2 business days to be updated by the logistics carrier, so please be patient if you do not see real-time updates immediately after receiving the shipping confirmation.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in good condition. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the shipping date, providing your order number, tracking number, and photos of the damaged package (if applicable). We will investigate the issue with the logistics carrier and provide a solution, which may include a full refund, replacement of the item, or reshipping, depending on the situation.
Note: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses, recipient non-receipt (e.g., missed delivery attempts), or customs seizure due to prohibited items.
8. Prohibited & Restricted Items
We strictly prohibit the shipment of items that are illegal, dangerous, or violate international shipping regulations or local laws of the destination country/region. Examples of prohibited items include (but are not limited to):
